Asha Charles is a talented professional who has achieved great success in her career. With a strong passion for her work, she has always been dedicated to pushing herself to new heights. 

Asha joined USA Risk Group as an Account Manager in 2012 and currently serves as a Team Leader in the Cayman Islands office. As a Team Leader, she is responsible for a portfolio of captive insurance companies directly and through oversight of the Account Managers on her team. This role administers to the day-to-day operational needs of both domestic and international clients and includes, but is not limited to, financial reporting, regulatory compliance and serving as the conduit between the various stakeholders of the captive.

Asha has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience of which 16 years has been in the captive industry. Her professional designations include Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), and Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI).

Asha enjoys photography and travel when she isn't working.
