Barb Fawcitt brings extensive experience in the financial and accounting industry, with a strong focus on captive insurance management. As Vice President at USA Risk Group, she leads a team of account managers, ensuring the timely preparation of financial statements and seamless administration of client companies’ financial and regulatory affairs.

Her expertise spans risk management, compliance, financial operations, and corporate administration. She works closely with clients, guiding them through regulatory requirements, attending key meetings, and ensuring their captives operate efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining USA Risk Group, Barb held leadership positions in accounting, corporate finance, and project management, including roles as Finance Manager for multiple businesses and Director and Company Secretary of a large Cayman insurance management company. Her background in process improvement, system implementations, and strategic planning provides valuable insight to her work with clients.

She oversees financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance for client companies. Additionally, she leads a team of account managers to ensure seamless administration and operational efficiency.

Barb holds a Chartered Management Accountant (UK) designation and a Bachelor of Business Studies.
