Scott brings extensive experience in the Barbados offshore industry, specializing in insurance and risk management. As Vice President at USA Risk Group (Barbados) Ltd., he oversees a diverse portfolio of clients and leads business development efforts for the Group.

Before joining USA Risk Group, Scott served as Managing Director at Gallagher, the largest insurance broker in the Caribbean, where he managed retail insurance operations across the region. His expertise in both captive and retail insurance enables him to provide customized risk management solutions to clients.

He oversees client portfolios and drives business development. With extensive experience in offshore, captive, and retail insurance, he provides tailored risk management solutions to help clients optimize their financial strategies.

Outside of work, Scott is an avid golfer, having represented Barbados and Trinidad & Tobago at the national level. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Barry University.
