Charmain serves as Vice President of USA Risk Group. In 2006, Charmain joined USA Risk Group as an account manager in the Cayman office. In 2015, she was promoted to Vice President of the Cayman Islands operations and in 2019 became a principal of the Company and was appointed Vice President. In this role, Charmain is responsible for the day-to-day internal operations of the group including finance, technology and human resources.
Charmain has over 25 years of experience in the financial and accounting industry, with the past 17 years focused on captive management. Her professional designations include Certified General Accountant (CGA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA), and Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI).
