Steven Lill is a valuable member of our team who joined USA Risk Group in 2011. With his dedication and hard work, he was able to climb the ranks and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in September 2018. Steven's extensive knowledge and expertise in the industry have been instrumental in the success of our company.
Steven has over 16 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, focusing on captive management since 2011. Prior to joining USA Risk Group, Steven worked for a fund administrator in Cayman Islands as well as a Big 4 audit firm in both Cayman Islands and South Africa.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting from the University of South Africa and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Cayman Islands Institutes of Professional Accountants, and the International Center for Captive Insurance Education. His professional designations include Chartered Accountant of South Africa (CA(SA)) and Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI).
